Alice Martin, who just graduated in interior design and architecture at the Pivaut school in Nantes, designs “Ben”, a coastal waste management system created from the sea’s resources.
Aware of environmental realities, in particular the pollution of the seas and oceans, Alice offers small beach bins with a design inspired by the appearance of octopuses and made entirely of 3D filament of harmful algae.¬†Every gesture counts, and by designing biodegradable bins with an appealing appearance, the objective is clear: to return to all the simple everyday gestures for a better coexistence with nature. Behind this octopus is also a desire to involve and sensitize the population as much as possible by printing “Ben” locally.
