Artist Statement 

Alice Louradour was born in the suburbs of Paris in 199O. She currently lives and works between Paris and the United Arab Emirates. At Estienne School, she is graduated in Illustration. Then she is received at « the School of Decorative Arts » in Paris where she is graduated with honors. In the meantime she goes to study painting in Berlin, at the art school WeissenseeKunsthochschule. In 2017, she received the Félix Fénéon artistic prize, awarded by the Sorbonne.
In 2017, she exhibited her sculpture « A Pic » for the Ddays exhibition at the Grand Palais. The same year she is finalist and exhibit for different prices: festival We Love Green, Dauphine Prize for Contemporary Art, the Villa Noailles Design Parade, as well as for the Emerige Prize Revelations. The gallery of Crous de Paris reserves her a personal exhibition coming in 2020. Her artistic work opens with several mediums: drawing, painting sculpture and installation that unite in a joyful colorful and childish universe, where abstract forms answered in volumes or flat.
After working in set design of luxury windows display, she does illustrations for Louis Vuitton Middle East and she just got the « Creation en cours » project from Atelier medicis , with which she will create a project with a primary school in 2020 .
